After Lamination of Uniplus' Prepreg and purchased copper in half, one and two oz could have the FR4 CCL with different thickness under IPC Class II. At present, the quality is very stable and can reach the capacity to 300 thousand sheets per month and 150 thousand sheets per month in Hui Zhou from mainland-china and will be enlarged to 450 thousand by the end of sept.
