Working Principle

Vibratory finishing machine also called vibratory tumber or polishing tumbler.
Vibrator tumbler surface finishing takes place in a work bowl. The vibratory energy is induced by a special vibratory motor
which mounted in the centre of the vibratory bowl. The vibration tumbler creates
the typical relative movement of media against parts.

The continuous feeding of water and compound support the finishing process.
Frequently, vibration polishing machines are equipped with separation flap and screen. This allows separating the
finished parts from the media in the machine.
